One of the most enjoyable moments in our Country House is our breakfast. We like to follow the Tuscan rural tradition, which claims that the breakfast meal is the most important meal of one’s day. In our country house, a strong, healthy and freshly made breakfast is a must. The typical Tuscan breakfast includes cold cuts, bruschetta (with tomatoes and basil collected every morning from our land), local pecorino cheese and the famous ricotta cheese of Manciano served with honey (straight from the hive) or Jam. To top this up, our main specialty is the legendary homemade cakes ant tarts that Erina bakes every day. All our products are homemade or bought from local farmers as “zero food miles product”.
